We have recently successfully implemented our Case Notes Tracking system at a large NHS Trust.
With over 200,000 patients and more than 100 different locations, trying to track down Case Notes can become a nightmare.
With our web-based system, whenever Case Notes are moved, the details are recorded on the system and shown as in-transit until a date arrived is entered, allowing full visibility.
