It’s has a totally flexible system allowing accountants to design their own accounts packs and schedules, and a very powerful tool that integrates with Excel to produce reports.

Socios - Society membership and payments

Socios is a database system that is currently used by a large association of taxi drivers to record details of their members and control payments and amounts outstanding.

Easily adaptable to any sort of club or society that needs to control payments received from its members.

Prosic - Training Course management

This program is a complete Training course manager and Customer Relationship Manager designed for training companies. It keeps track of all contacts made by salespeople, through to managing resources, trainers and attendees on a course and final invoicing. The web interface allows trainers and attendees access to their profile and timetable.

Prosic is a system designed for training academies to manage the process from initial client contact by the salesperson through to the implementation of a training course and invoicing.

It manages the course and resources needed, right down to the detail of each attendee, as well as being able to produce various reports needed to obtain EU funding.

The web interface allows various attendees to edit their data, trainers to view their calendar and salesmen to track contacts on-line.

Siege - Training Requirements Analyser

Siege is an internet based advanced course planner, designed to calculate a companies training requirements. Employees can see a personalised suggestion of relevant courses, based on their existing training, job function and company sector. HR managers can see an overall plan suggesting areas the company requires more skilled people, along with suggested employees.

It integrates fully with Prosic, or can be run as a stand alone system.
